**The Role**
- Work in a pod with a highly experienced Senior PM and supporting PM
- Arrange and manage the marketing of all rental listings
- Respond to all leasing enquiries, schedule and attend open homes
- Complete in-going inspection reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market
- Assist with general PM tasks when required

**Your skills and experience**
- A valid certificate of registration or licence is a must
- Some real estate experience is preferred
- Have a reliable car and driver's licence
- Friendly, outgoing and positive 'can do' attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Takes a proactive approach and demonstrates initiative
- Strong computer skills with experience with Real Estate software a bonus
- Be available on Saturdays with a RDO
