Luschwitz Real Estate is a boutique, independent agency located in Pymble on Sydney's Upper North Shore. Our collaborative team work with the best systems and technology to provide the highest standards of personalised service to our clients.

**The Role**
- Work in a pod with a highly experienced Senior PM and supporting PM
- Arrange and manage the marketing of all rental listings
- Respond to all leasing enquiries, schedule and attend open homes
- Complete in-going inspection reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market
- Assist with general PM tasks when required

**Your skills and experience**
- A valid certificate of registration or licence is a must
- Some real estate experience is preferred
- Have a reliable car and driver's licence
- Friendly, outgoing and positive 'can do' attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Takes a proactive approach and demonstrates initiative
- Strong computer skills with experience with Real Estate software a bonus
- Be available on Saturdays with a RDO
