Here at Reggio Emilia Early Learning Centre Pagewood, we are looking for passionate Early Childhood Education and Care Professionals who are committed to supporting their team and assisting the Centre Manager in exceeding the standard of Early Education in Australia.

We use the powerful ‘Reggio Emilia’ style education system for children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years. Here at Reggio Emilia we pride ourselves on our Educators who are passionate about providing a rich and supportive child care learning environment.

Our Pagewood centre is a 2 minutes’ walk from East Gardens Shopping Centre where there are many restaurants and cafes - not to mention, the short walk to East Gardens could translate to a relaxing place to take a break, a convenience if you need to do your grocery shopping or some retail therapy

We are looking for a passionate Room Leader who is committed to supporting and mentoring their team to promote our exceeding standard of Early Education in Australia.

**About You**

You as the new Room Leader to be the face of our purpose-built Pagewood centre. You will have the full support of the management team (Operations, Accounts, HR and Marketing) mentoring and guiding you to be the best you can be. You will utilise your knowledge and experience to support the team and exceed the standard of Early Education in Australia.

**You will have**:

- Diploma qualified or studying towards a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood
- Practical knowledge of National Quality Standards
- A Passion for delivering high quality of Early Childhood and Education
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check
