**About the position**
The Environmental Operations department is dedicated to enhancing and safeguarding the ecological function of its natural environments.
This position involves working within a team to assist in the implementation of environmental and conservation management initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, bushland revegetation, wetlands management, weed control, threat mitigation and mapping activities.

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Sound knowledge and understanding of environmental fieldwork
- Exceptional skills in weed and native plant identification
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
**Desirable requirements**
- Basic Worksite Traffic Management accreditation
- In-field use of computer programs
**Essential requirements**
- Driver's licence
- White Card
- Certificate III or higher in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent, or significant relevant experience.
