**How will I help?**

In your new role as our Service Owner, Propositions and Broker Engagement, you will be responsible for designing and delivering market leading customer propositions to enhance overall customer experience, drive growth and engage brokers.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Creating clear and concise mortgage propositions for our target customer segments in collaboration with Customer Insights, Product Development and Pricing
- Overseeing the seamless delivery of go-to-market plans in collaboration with stakeholders across the value chain to ensure superior customer experience
- Communicating pricing, propositions and product to the broker and retail network
- Managing Offer Fulfilment such as Refinance Cashbacks

**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated background with a minimum of 8+ years in Marketing and/or Product experience (Home Loans preferred)
- Adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across the value-chain and collaborate to deliver results
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders across levels
- Demonstrated ability of effective direct and indirect team leadership
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications or a relevant discipline preferred.
- End-to-end campaign management experience
