Tutor

**Location**: Cheltenham, 3192 and Sandringham, 3191.

Bayside Tutoring is a tutoring company with two offices which are located in Cheltenham and Sandringham. We are committed to providing exceptional academic support to individual students. Our mission is to build strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel comfortable asking questions and seeking help. We offer a supportive environment, with regular catch-ups and opportunities for tutors to connect with one another.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct tutoring sessions primarily at our Cheltenham or Sandringham office, with potential opportunities for in-home or online sessions as needed.
- Provide personalised academic support to students, helping them achieve their educational goals.
- Build positive relationships with students, fostering an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions.
- Collaborate with other tutors and management to ensure a consistent and high-quality tutoring experience.
- Participate in regular catch-up meetings with management and other tutors.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to parents and management as required.

**Requirements**:

- An Australian Business Number (ABN).
- A valid Working With Children Check (Employee).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping students succeed academically.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
