**About the Role**:
As a **Dispensary Technician**at **UFS Healthcare**, you will:

- **Support and assist Pharmacists**in the day-to-day operations of the Dispensary.
- Deliver **high-quality customer service**, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and customers.
- Work in a dynamic environment where responsibilities may vary depending on the size and complexity of the pharmacy.
- **Prioritise and manage your workload**effectively, contributing to the smooth running of the Dispensary.

This role is based in **Ballarat**, with **full-time or part time hours**from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm.

**What You’ll Need**:
We’re looking for someone who is:

- **Qualified**with a completed **Pharmacy Dispensary Skillet Certificate**and/or **Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary)**.
- Has **previous experience**working in a dispensary setting.
- Known for your **excellent customer service skills**and ability to build relationships with patients.
- Able to **prioritise tasks**and manage your own workload effectively.
- A strong **communicator**, both **verbally**and **in writing**.
