This is a work from home opportunity.

Only read further if you consider yourself the BEST at what you do. We’re looking for 4 Software Sales Superstars and will not settle for anything less.

In exchange for your sales management experience. we will provide an exceptional commission-based pay packet, a mobile phone, and performance based bonuses.

This role will include:

- No door knocking or Cold calling.
- Managing targets and reaching quotas
- Ensuring team is focused and well informed of duties, tasks and have the adequate tools and skills to succeed.
- Manage timesheets and liaise with staff to resolve any issues.
- Training and Mentoring

The right person will have:

- Extensive experience in managing sales teams.
- Strong sense of motivation and work ethic
- Ability to resolve conflict and restore order to team

**Requirements**:

- Must be extremely presentable as will require video calls
- Must have your own computer and internet services
- Handle day to day operations with team
- Meet with the Sales Manager regularly to discuss strategy and operational matters.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $200.00 - $250.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (preferred)
- Software Sales: 5 years (preferred)
- SaaS: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
