Bupa Waratah is seeking compassionate Carers to join the team. MUST have good availability and flexibility to take on AM and PM shifts.

As a Carer, you will perform a variety of important duties within the care home, ensuring that the needs of our residents and the facility as a whole, are met.

**What you will bring**:

- Relevant aged care experience, hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
- Previous aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- The ability to work as part of a tight knit team and take direction as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
- NDIS Check or Current police check (no older than 3 years) (if you have)
- Proof of Australian Work entitlements e.g., birth certificate, passport etc
- Details of 1 professional reference - this should be someone you directly reported to in your most recent role
- Copy of Certification / Qualification (if applicable)
