**SALON COORDINATOR**
- **Full time** hours (38 hours per week) over 4 days - enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
- Flexible employment arrangement
- Opening hours: Wednesday 8:30am - 8:30pm, Thursday 9am - 9pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm; **Part time** may be considered for the right person.

**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a pro-active, organised and highly capable person who loves the hair, beauty and fashion industries.

You will be responsible for setting the tone in the salon, ensuring our guests feel adored throughout their experience with us, and the organisation of our daily salon operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work in close consultation with the salon founder to oversee and coordinate the team and daily salon operations
- Lead salon initiatives
- Daily appointment setting and confirmations
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date guest database
- Roster management
- Greeting of guests in salon and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment
- Consistently drive and maintain our 5-star standards and expectations
- Maintain a smooth and seamless experience and atmosphere in a high client volume environment
- Manage competing priorities with focus and high attention to detail
- Represent Elite as the first point of contact for our guests
- Manage a heavy waitlist while ensuring our guests feel special
- Stock management and visual merchandising

**YOUR MUST HAVES**:

- 2 years’ experience in successful team leadership within a luxury retail or customer service environment
- Well-developed communication and relationship skills
- Experience in systems and process design and implementation
- Demonstrated strong computer and organisation skills
- CRM, POS and database management competency
- Sales and financial experience (reconciliation, reporting, budgets)
- Stock management skills
- Professional etiquette and impeccable manners
- Excellent personal presentation
