Greater Northern Community Services provides supports for adolescents and adults living with disabilities to reach their full potential. We work closely with our clients supporting them with daily self-care activities, attending appointments, community access with the focus on encouraging and promoting active, healthy and positive lifestyle choices.

**The Role**

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gardener to maintain a private property in Ringwood. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a keen eye for detail.
- **Schedule**: Fortnightly Basis
- **Rate**: TBC / Negotiable

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular lawn mowing, edging, and weed control
- Pruning and trimming hedges, shrubs, and trees as needed
- Planting, mulching, and seasonal garden maintenance
- Maintaining garden beds, removing debris, and keeping the space tidy
- Identifying plant health issues and recommending solutions
- Ensuring pathways, driveways, and outdoor areas remain clean and presentable
- Waste removal and composting where applicable

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or similar roles
- Knowledge of plant care, pest control, and seasonal gardening practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Own gardening tools and equipment preferred (but not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work
- National Police Check
- Full Australian Driver licence
- The right to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
