We have established branches at multiple locations around Brisbane Area and at Brisbane Airport location as well. We are excited to seek highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a sales Consultant.

**Your duties vary but primarily include**:

- Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currencies.
- Continuous work against money laundering and knowledge building around related current regulations and procedures.
- Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales
- Participation in sales activities and marketing projects
- Daily Branch Activities

**We are looking for individuals with the following qualities**:

- Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
- Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, managing different customer expectations
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
- Overall flexible person who can work at several branches, if necessary,
- Responsible and have an eye for detail, complete tasks with great accuracy in timely manner
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others,
- Basic computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suites
- Must be fluent in English, fluency in other languages would be advantageous
- Flexible and available to work for 25+ hours on weekly basis

**Hours**: In general between operational hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, hours change in the weekend and for late-night shopping.

All successful applicants will be required to undergo Criminal History Check as a part of our standard recruitment process.
