Located in the stunning Southern Highlands, this 38-place long day care service provides a meaningful, play-based educational program for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Open from 7:15 am to 6:00 pm, it plays an integral role in supporting the local community with flexible care options.

The service is home to an incredibly dedicated and experienced team, with many staff members having been with the service for over 10 years. You'll be joining a close-knit group of professionals who share a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and education.

Staff are supported by a well-resourced staff room, offering a peaceful retreat for breaks, away from the hustle and bustle of the rooms. And when it comes to outdoor learning, the service boasts a ginormous, recently refurbished playground that seamlessly connects to a picturesque leafy park, perfect for excursions and visits to the local school.

**The Role**

**You will need**:

- A NSW Employee Working With Children Check (if appointed)
- Excellent customer service skills
- A collaborative team approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
- Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
