**BGIS **is currently experiencing strong company growth and requires a **Maintenance** **Officer **to join our Facilities Management team.

**The Client**
A partnership with BGIS and a large private Healthcare provider to deliver and support building maintenance requests. Working with a team to deliver great customer service for a small network of sites.

**The Role**
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be required to work on the tools and coordinator the delivery of maintenance requests across 3 sites for a Private Health care facility for BGIS.

This role is based in** Sydney SW, NSW**

**This role requires you to work on the tools**
- Liaising and managing sub-contractors and vendors on site
- Experience managing trades (HVAC, Elec, Plumbing, Carpentry, Fire)
- Attending sites at the relevant priority time frames
- Assisting with maintenance works - depending on trade experience
- Provide cost estimates and quotes for works
- Undertake system and asset verification tests

**Skills and Experience**
- 2 + year experience managing a small trades team
- Trade licence and experience - in Plumbing, Building, Electrical or HVAC
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach to problems and opportunities
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Drivers licence
- White Card
