This market leading cafe in the Western Suburbs has developed a reputation for some of Perth's best coffee and as a go to place on the Perth Brunch scene.

They are part of rising group and currently looking for a Head Barista for their Floreat location.

We are looking for experienced baristas who work well in a high volume environment, have great energy, a fun-loving positive attitude, are team players, and have a strong work ethic.
Must know how to interact with customers in a friendly and genuine manner.
You will get to work with passionate, like minded hospitality team, in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Are equipped to deal with high volume while managing wait times
- Can provide training to other baristas and lead your team
- Are all about the quality and standards of every cup served, performing latte art consistently
- Can clean, maintain and troubleshoot your coffee equipment
- Understand quality and efficient customer service, working to retain and build on regular customer base
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a fast paced environment in Australia

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
