About The Role
We are seeking a talented and dynamic person to be part of our Quality Assurance Team. The primary objective of this role is to assist with microbiological testing and support the QA department to ensure quality standards are maintained. You will possess at least one years’ experience in the food industry, preferably with a background and qualification in Microbiology.

In this role, you will report to the Associate Manager Quality Assurance and your responsibilites will include but not be limited to;
Routine microbiological testing of product and environmental samples
Assisting with investigations and troubleshooting quality issues as part of the QA team
Data entry
Calibrations
Cataloguing and sampling

About You
Practical laboratory experience and sound lab protocol knowledge
Flexibility with start and finish times depending on seasonal & project requirements
First-rate planning and organizational skills - you'll use your time well and take pride in delivering
Proven problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
Naturally proactive and taking on new challenges
LIMS or similar database knowledge
