**About the role**
- Answering Servicedesk tickets as required, ensuring they are appropriately documented and updated daily.
- Provide technical knowledge and acts as the first point of contact for support issues.
- Actively participate in organisational processes - including the development and implementation of safety systems, improvement initiatives and related training.
- Assist vendors/affiliations in deploying clinical equipment.
- Create and manage CIT’s technical documentation.
**Skills and experience**
- Must be an AU/NZ permanent resident or citizen.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an IT Support role.
- Strong communication skills (Oral, Written, Listening) and effective customer service skills.
- Able to operate in an ever-changing, fasted paced, hands-on technical environment.
- Tertiary qualification in IT (desired).
