Room Leader

**Qualifications**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification
- Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training

**Essential Experience**
- Previous experience in a leadership role

Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Education and Care Services National Law (2010), and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), Family Assistance Law

**Position Objective**
- Be responsible for management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned room, including providing leadership and support to educators and staff within your team in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
- In collaboration with the Educational Leader assist with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children

In the absence of the Director/Nominated Supervisor undertake responsibilities as per the Responsible Person policy and procedure for the day-to-day management of the Service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
