**About the role**

TAFE Gippsland is offering an exciting opportunity for dedicated and enthusiastic customer service specialist to become part of the Client Services Team at our Warragul Campus. In this role, you'll be a key contributor in ensuring that students have a positive and seamless experience from the very beginning of their journey with TAFE Gippsland.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Experience working in a team environment and ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, high attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in higher education or the TAFE sector is highly desirable

**Mandatory requirements**
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
- Current Driver’s Licence (travel between campuses is a requirement of the role)
- 6 months probationary period applies to this role
