**Merak GF** is a very busy, popular & vibrant Cafe right in the heart of Redland Bay
With our humble cafe growing in popularity, we currently have a great opportunity for an **experienced Kitchen Hand** to join our team. Due to our extremely busy peak times, we do require someone with at least 6 to 12 months experience and is very familiar with BOH environment.
**This is a fantastic opportunity to part of our awesome team with the absolute potential to grow as we grow**
**Role requirements**
- assist with the assembly & preparation of ingredients for cooking.
- cleaning of kitchen workspaces and related areas
- washing dishes and any other duties as required
- min 6 to 12 months min exp
- must be able to speak fluent English
- must be able to multitask and work within a busy kitchen/cafe environment
- must have the ability to adhere to strict health & safety guidelines
- must be available to work weekends including Friday & Saturday nights
- MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO REDLAND BAY 4165
Casual with preference to move to permanent part-time for the right person/s.
We are looking for a fun, and hard-working individual who is passionate and dedicated to helping us continue to provide great food and service to our amazing customers.
