This festive season, we’re hiring across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand to support our car park, concierge and valet services. Help us deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.

**Your Opportunity**

As a Services Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating effortless and memorable moments for our customers across our Concierge, Car Park and Valet services, leaving customers with a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.

**_ Some of your festive duties as a Services Team Member will include:_**
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
- Greeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visit
- Managing traffic flow and supporting car park operations during busy periods
- Assisting valet services by opening car doors and safely parking vehicles
- Operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support

- You will:_
- Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
- Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
- Confidently and safely drive and park both manual and automatic vehicles with care and precision
- Hold a full open driver’s licence (Manual, Auto, or International) to operate a company buggy and customer vehicles
- Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)

This is a **seasonal casual role**, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from **September 2025 to January/February 2026**, with shifts based on business needs.
