**What you’ll do**:
Lead Endeavour’s Delivery and Fulfilment operations in Victoria whilst managing the Langton’s premium wine warehouse. This will involve managing a Team to drive the initiatives and growth strategies of the Endeavour brands across the distribution network.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Manage the day to day operational performance for Endeavours VIC fulfilment and delivery activities
- Lead and influence a safety culture for our staff, contractors and customers.
- Warehouse Management (inventory management, productivity and service level agreements)
- Be a proactive communicator and develop partner action plans to improve key outcomes and KPI’s
- Manage the VIC P&L across transport, warehousing and fulfilment operations
- Manage the stakeholder relationships for VIC operations and the Langton’s business
- Execution of the Endeavour’s fulfilment strategy and the support the realisation of the Langton’s premium strategy.
- Ensure our key partners and contractors adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and Chain Of Responsibility (COR) compliance obligations.
- Develop and cultivate a positive, customer focused culture in the VIC site operations..

**Your background**:
**Essential**:

- 3 years+ relevant operational experience in fulfilment and/or last mile logistics
- Proficient with fulfilment, warehousing and transport operating systems
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and Customers
- Past P&L responsibility
- Proven experience running a large team (50+)

**Desirable**:

- Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business related degree
- Ecom fulfilment operations experience
- Exposure to to retail or FMCG operations
- Experience using Tableau /Power Bi/Data Studio/Paperless Warehousing systems
