Administration & Operations Support - Erskine Park, NSW

The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration & Operations Support industry professional to join our Retail & Consumer division based out of our Erskine Park site. Working with one of Toll’s key customers, this is a great opportunity for an operations administrative professional to grow their career within our organisation.

As the Administration & Operations Support, you will:
- Develop strong relationships with key customers & operations staff.- Manage payroll processes for all areas of the DC and timesheets for casual employees, meeting payroll deadlines in every instance.- Facilitate and produce training manuals, reports, presentations, weekly & monthly reports, process flows and forms as required, in conjunction with management.- Distribution of internal and external documentation, including collection and sending all outgoing mail and faxes as required and controlled documents.- Provide support for manager as required.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and other office - based technologies- 3-5 years in administrative function- Experience in coordinating and entering payroll data for payment of wages- Attention to detail- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
