Alongside job seeker support, enjoy getting out on the road. Facilitate the development of opportunities with employers and create strong ties with community stakeholders.

Being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you have transferable skills, a positive attitude, ability to manage your workload / priorities, experience with a variety of customer relationships and solid administration skills you can succeed with us.

**Duties**
- Get job seekers into jobs.
- Collaborate with the community and Employers to support job seekers.
- Maintain accurate record.
- Generate leads and source vacancies.
- Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment.

Sureway Employment and Training lead the industry in Workforce Australia Employment Services and Disability Employment Services. We also extend to the delivery of training and health supports. This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also must have the right to work in Australia.
