- This is ongoing work Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime.

Our client is a leading provider of civil construction services in the Central Coast region. Specializing in foundation solutions, who pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lift and carry screw piers ranging from 20-60kgs across distances of up to 30 meters.
- Assist in guiding screw piers into the ground as heavy machine operators operate the machinery.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform general labour duties as required, including but not limited to digging, shovelling, and site clean-up.
- Operate hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.
- Possession of a White Card (Construction Induction Card) is mandatory.
- Optional truck license preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks including heavy lifting.
- Prior experience in civil construction or a similar field is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
