**Responsibilities will include**:

- Social Support, including Shopping Assist, Outings and Appointments.
- Preparing meals.
- Cleaning the house.
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing.
- Taking medications.
- Dementia Care.
- Document incident reports and shift notes.

**Requirements**:

- Current open QLD driver licence.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Reliable vehicle with insurance.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS worker orientation certificate.
- Blue card with yellow card exemption (NDIS worker screening/WWCC)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
