Human Resources Business Partner

**Casual with a view to perm once we establish hours and schedule.**

We are a boutique HR consulting agency focusing on supporting small to medium-size businesses through their employee lifecycle and strategic HR needs. We are the internal HR function for our clients, so no 2 day is alike.

We are looking for an experienced HR BP who has strong attention to detail, commercial in their approach to HR, exceptional communication skills, and solid 3 plus years of HR partnering experience.

We have a fantastic office in Jamisontown (Penrith) and we will want you to come into the office to collaborate on our clients, however their will be work from home flexibility.

At commencement, there will be no guarantee of hours, but once we work through the best way to work together and establish a strong rhyme we can look at converting to part-time.

**Typical tasks will include**:

- Employee lifecycle paperwork and management
- Employee record-keeping
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain Client HR systems to ensure compliance
- Administration of staff survey's
- Probationary reviews management
- Supporting performance management with various clients
- Policy review and development

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
