**The Centre**

**Woodcrest Early Education Centre** is located next door to Woodcrest College with our entrance on Commercial Drive in Springfield. Our centre has been rated as an Exceeding Centre by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). We can care for up to 265 children per day and offer a huge range of quality programs for our children such as bush kindy, healthy eating programs as well as language and music opportunities.

**Position details**

The right applicant will have a strong passion for teaching in the early years. You will be programming and incorporating an educational, play based program for the children in our care, as well as leading and mentoring your team.

**Our Company**

Queensland Childcare Services has been around for over 30 years and aims to be at the forefront of the Early Childhood Education sector. Our centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. We even have our own dietician Children’s development is at the forefront of every company decision and to provide meaningful, well rounded and high quality early education.

QCCS invests in their valued team members and will cover the cost for you to study or upskill your qualifications to assist you in becoming successful in your career.

**Skills and requirements**
- Hold/Studying towards a Diploma in Early Childhood
- Hold a current blue card
- Be an open communicator and able to build strong relationships with families and work mates
- Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills and have an intermediate level of computer skills to be able to use our programming software
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
