**The Role**:
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience by way of Mounties Values. You will work across a range of areas, including Café and Bistro, however the role in suited for someone who has knowledge and experience working as a Barista.

**About You**:

- Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
- A commitment to build a long-term relationship with our customers
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Current NSW RSA & RCG
- Experience in coffee making techniques
- Proven cash handling skills
- A can do’ attitude and willing to learn
