The Head of Business Partnering will lead and develop the FP&A team and oversee the execution of the budgeting and forecasting process, performance reporting across all divisions and provision of strategic insight. As a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, success will be defined by your role in positioning the finance team as a strategic business partner, driving a focus on delivering value-adding insight and analysis, leveraging digital dashboards, and driving efficiency and effectiveness. This role will see you build collaborative partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders and gain daily exposure to C-Suite, Board and Executive Team.
