**The Role**
ALS Geochemistry based in Zillmere is seeking a Leading Hand for our warehouse. This role will primarily look after all the warehousing, store/stock and sample/waste management, loading and unloading of trucks, and storing as instructed, and other floor duties in quieter periods.

**The day to day**
This is a leadership role with the following responsibilities:

- Organising designated tasks to maximise daily efficiencies
- Ensuring production targets are met
- Performing manual handling tasks
- Preparation of orders and receipting of goods
- Ensuring the section complies with relevant quality and HSE requirements

**The essentials**
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience
- A high level of organisational ability with attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
- Forklift ticket
- Basic computer skills
