Shanes Trees is a forward thinking Arboriculture company. Operating in the Sutherland Shire and Illawarra region for over 30 years we have recently expanded to Newcastle and Brisbane.
Due to increasing demand and business expansion, we are looking for the best of the best when it comes to our crew.

Every day is different as we service local government and council, the rail corridor, residential clients, commercial contracts such as street and road clearing, bushfire clean up and storm/insurance work.

**About the roles**
We are currently seeking crew members to join in a range of Arborist positions. You will be motivated, reliable and willing to embrace new skill sets where required. Your interpersonal and customer relation skills must be of a high standard.

**Multiple opportunities in Sydney and Norwest**:

- Arborist - Full-time employee
- Climber - Full-time employee
- Commercial Estimator - Full-time employee
- Team Leader - Full-time employee
- Contract Climber - ABN or Pty Ltd (work 2, 3, or 5 days per week)

You will be involved in all round general Arborist duties which will include some of or all of the following roles:

- EWP operation (advantage but not necessary)
- Hiab operation (advantage but not necessary)
- Truck Driving (Highly regarded)
- Chainsaw Operation
- Ground rigging and rope work
- Climbing work
- Note: The Commercial Estimator position requires a skilled Arborist who has experience with quoting and submitting tenders and client liaison.

Applicants must be able to provide copies of relevant certificates. Applicants will be required to undergo a mandatory pre-employment health & drug test.

**Skills & experience**
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- White Card
- Drivers License
- Level 2 or 3 in arboriculture (or international equivalent)
- MR or HR License
- First aid certificate
- Power line Awareness Ticket
- EWP ticket
- Risi Ticket highly desirable
- Esi II Ticket highly desirable
