**The Team**

The Real Estate team is made up of a diverse group of outstanding lawyers that bring together their industry experience and insight to tackle various property challenges. They advise across an array of matters, including but not limited to project development, transport infrastructure and real estate integration, leasing strategy, property valuations, financial due diligence and transaction deal structuring.

**The Role**

Due to growth, there is now an exciting opportunity to join the real estate practice in Sydney and assist a key Partner in various matters. This involves strategic advice relating to single property assets to entire portfolios, covering the entire transaction lifecycle, and handling purchases and disposals.

You will be exposed to many different clients including government entities, Not-for-profits, multinational corporations or private landowners.

This position also offers flexible working arrangements such as flexible daily working hours, location and dress code. Yearly bonuses, health and fitness perks and generous parental leave is also available.

**Requirements**:
To be successful, you will be a real estate lawyer with ideally 1-4 years' PAE. You will have experience across a range of property law matters, which may include acquisitions and disposals, leasing, developments projects, joint ventures, transaction structuring and general advice work.

In addition, you will have:

- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Exceptional client service skills, and the capacity to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Great commercial acumen
- The ability to work well collaboratively with both lawyers and commercial colleagues
