**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procurement of goods in line with KB’s policies
- Manage a portfolio of International/ Local suppliers
- Negotiate and manage bids, quotes, and request for proposals
- Work closely with Demand/ Supply planners, Account Managers, Logistics/ QA/ NPD teams as well as other internal and external partners to achieve KPI’s and optimal business outcomes
- Work with suppliers to align order replenishment against production plans and lead times, assuring continuity of supply
- Conducting sourcing activities with current and new suppliers to maximise opportunities and to mitigate supply risks
- Identify and select vendors that meet KB’s Approved Supplier Program
- Research and gather supply intel / market updates to enable best insights into key commodities whilst keeping relevant parties updated
- Establish, form and maintain long terms business supply partnerships in order to leverage future transactions and create high synergies
- Support Management in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Administration duties pertaining to: supplier contracts, timely management of PO placement, shipment confirmations, generating weekly/ monthly reports

**Skills / Experience Required**
- 3 years+ experience in procurement preferred
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills
- SAP experience will be an added advantage
- Organized and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills
