Techforce Personnel is currently working with our long standing client based in the Fremantle area in search of a Finance Admin on a casual basis. The role will be supporting the one of the companies departments in a on going contract.

The role will involve duties such as:

- Assist with the running of scripts into the system
- Creation of purchase Orders and Invoices through SAP and Ariba
- Supervise the reception and assist with general duties around the office
- Excellent and confidence working with MS office systems
- Experience using SAP/Ariba is essential
- Fantastic orginisation skills proven through diary management and duty priority.
- Confidence and commitment to liaising with external companies in regards to required support for recruitment.

Working hours and salary:

- Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00
- $40 per Hour
