**Delivery Driver**

Due to continued growth we have the opportunity for a Driver to join our team at Balance Mobility.

Balance Mobility is a mobility and healthcare retail business located on the Gold Coast and northern NSW. We provide mobility and rehab equipment to those in need through sales, hire, servicing and delivery.

To be successful in this role you must enjoy working with people, have delivery or dispatch/warehouse experience, sound computer skills and excellent communication skills. You will be the face of the business.

You will be an energetic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possess attention to detail. Starting from our warehouse at Biggera Waters, The role includes delivering equipment on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW which can be physically demanding.

This is a vital role within our company as you will be the face of the organisation. You will be face to face with customers in store as well as delivering goods to our clients in their time of need, servicing their equipment and building customer relationships.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Medical Equipment delivery
- Delivery of goods and installation of our products in private homes, Aged Care Facilities and Health Care Facilities
- Picking and Packing orders for dispatch
- Loading and Unloading delivery vehicle
- Repairs and service of equipment
- Liaising with our customers, both face to face and over the telephone.
- Some heavy lifting and cleaning of hire equipment
- Housekeeping and general vehicle appearance maintenance

**Personal Requirements**
- Intermediate computer skills
- Face to face customer service experience
- The ability to attend to clients’ needs in a genuine and empathetic manner
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility, adaptability and innovative
- Willing to go the extra mile for our customers
- Police check or the ability to obtain one and Covid 19 Vaccination
- An open licence

Monday - Friday Roster

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
