Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic Cafe Supervisor to join our team at the coastal Sunshine Coast Airport

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for staff supervision of one of our outlets located at the Sunshine Coast Airport. You'll take a hands-on approach working alongside the team; problem solving and creating the best possible customer experience you can

This role will suit someone who thrives on good old-fashioned customer service, leads by example, and can supervise and build a cohesive team.

**Roster**:Various days and shifts

**In this position, you will**:

- Provide clear direction to a staff on shift working alongside the Duty Manager
- Build & create great relationships with staff & customers
- Ensure food & service standards are to a high quality
- Manage staff operations including filling shifts & labour management
- Opening & closing procedures including end of day banking
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Communicate and work alongside the management team to ensure a great working environment

**Who we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in duty management (or a similar role within hospitality)
- Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate leadership ability
- Great attention to detail
- Team building skills
- All staff working in airports must be successful in obtaining an ASIC security card (completed at contract award)
- A valid driver's license will be required (some shifts that start before public transport is available)
