**About the role**

The Learning & Development Project Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of projects aligned with the Women’s and Children’s Health Network Strategy 2026 and CAMHS Learning and Development Strategy. Reporting to the CAMHS Principal Education Lead, this role provides essential administrative and project support to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include assisting with CAMHS learning & development project planning, evaluation, report preparation, monitoring progress against education milestones, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. The officer also performs executive functions such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to support the successful achievement of organisational objectives.

**Key duties of the role**
- Assist in implementing CAMHS learning and development project plans, maintaining evaluation systems, and supporting project governance structures.
- Provide administrative support to committees and project groups, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support effective stakeholder communication and engagement and contribute to the preparation of performance and progress reports for project sponsors and leaders.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
- Experience with project management and governance: Knowledge of project management principles and supporting governance structures and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to new systems and changing environments.
- Skilled in preparing agendas, minutes, data entry, word processing, and using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Capable of working autonomously with mínimal supervision while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
