Leasing Consultant

**ROLE**

We’re seeking a motivated **Leasing Consultant** to join our team at **Stone Real Estate Newtown**. If you have a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping people find their perfect home, this is the role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and conduct property inspections.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service and build strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Facilitate lease signings.
- Ensure the highest standard of presentation for all properties.
- Handle day-to-day enquiries from tenants and landlords in a professional and timely manner.

**SKILLS**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in leasing or property management is advantageous but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role, if you don’t have prior experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
