**The Job**
**About Us**
For several years, 1ON1 Tax has provided quality service and competitive tax refunds to clients from around Queensland. Our services range far beyond taxation; we also assist with business taxation, superannuation, setting up structures, business advisory, tax planning and much more.
**About You**
You’re a passionate, outgoing individual who can complete tasks both on your own and in a team. You can easily work in a fast-paced environment, you are organised and thorough with your work, and you have fantastic customer service skills and experience.
Key Functions of the Role
- Being the first point of contact for all clients; both in person or over the telephone
- Responding to client enquires
- Keeping client data and information updated
- Preparing offices for client meetings
- Taking client bookings
- Administrative duties such as scanning, filing etc
- Taking client payments
- Assisting accountants when help is needed
**Ideally you will have;**
- Experience in customer service roles
- Current Drivers License
- Be presentable and punctual
- Fluent English skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Be a resident of Australia

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
