**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Weighbridge Operator** to join our team at our busy **transfer station**. In this role, you’ll be the **first point of contact** for our customers and play a key part in the daily **operation of the weighbridge**. It’s a **casual role**, but we’re looking for someone **reliable** and **ongoing**.
Whether you're just starting out or bringing experience, this is a great opportunity for someone who is **polite** and **customer focused**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately **weigh** incoming and outgoing **waste vehicles**:

- Process **weighbridge dockets** and issue **tickets**:

- Handle **payments**:

- Maintain accurate **records** and **data entry**:

- Direct customers **safely** through the site
- Provide excellent **customer service**:

- Report **hazards** and follow all **safety protocols**

**What We’re Looking For**
- **No experience required** — **full training provided**
- **Friendly**, **polite**, and **helpful attitude**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and basic **computer/data entry skills**:

- **Reliable** and **punctual**, with flexibility to work **varied shifts**:

- **Customer service experience** is a plus but not essential
- Ability to work **independently** and **outdoors in all weather**
