Fundraising Volunteers

We are seeking volunteers to join the fight against disease and illness in our annual 12-hour fun-filled Giving Day event on **Thursday 6 June**

Giving Day is a great opportunity for both **individual** and **corporate volunteers** to get involved.

**How you can be involved**

We are looking for volunteers to join us in our office (Woodville) and reach out to supporters with phone calls explaining the importance of THRF Group and why they should contribute to our Giving Day. Volunteers will be joined by local sporting stars, media & community ambassadors who will be on hand to help make the day a lot of fun.

**Key Details**:

- Giving Day is on **Thursday 6 June**, volunteers will be required between 9am to 7pm.
- Our Giving Day volunteers will be asked to help out for a 2-hour shifts (starting at 9am) and we are looking for 15 volunteers for each 2-hour shift.
- Volunteers will be briefed prior to starting their volunteering shift and will also be provided with call scripts & FAQS, as well as snacks and drinks
- Volunteers will also be working alongside staff from THRF Group who will be able to support and assist as needed.
