We are undergoing an exciting period of growth and expansion and are expanding from the Gold Coast to Brisbane with a brand-new Fine Dining Restaurant **“TAMA”** and Cocktail Bar **“Gatsby”** opening inside of the old GPO building in the heart of Fortitude Valley.

**TAMA** and **Gatsby** are scheduled to open late-May and will be sure to take top spot on the Brisbane hospitality scene

**The Roles**:

- **Professional Fine Dining Section Wait Staff** to offer a superior, attentive dining experience for our highly esteemed guests.
- **Experienced Bar and Cocktail Professionals** to create, innovate and shake with the best.
- **Well-presented Maître D** to welcome and delight our exclusive guests.
- **Fast and Efficient Runners** with an eye for detail and ability to multitask.

We are looking forward to welcoming hospitality professionals on board that are motivated to bring knowledge, passion, and experience to these new venues. We are looking for individuals that are excited to learn and grow in our business.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who are ready to provide first class service in their designated roles.
- Previous experience working in fine dining or hatted restaurant.
- Ability to provide a unique customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry and putting the guests at the heart of everything you do.
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge.
- Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Providing a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your position.
