**About The Role**
We’re on a journey to raise the standard of care provided to people living with a disability, and our next stop is the Central Coast. We’re looking for support workers who are available for an
**immediate start**, to help us build a strong foundation on the Central Coast.
As a Disability Support Worker, you are employed to provide support to individuals with all levels of disability to enable them to live their best lives.
Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.
**Although two people may have the same disability, they may have completely different routines and abilities, it is your responsibility to understand and respect each individual and the way they want their support to be delivered while maintaining and promoting their safety and wellbeing.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:
- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Experience working with clients with a physical disability, as well as high care needs
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination with Booster
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver’s License & Car
