The Warehouse Dispatch Administration Clerk is responsible for managing the dispatch of customer orders from purchase order through to booking freight. This role will also entail the facilitation of communication between sales, production and management teams and coordination and maintenance of the front office.

Other duties include:

- Process incoming product orders through Xero from purchase order through to product dispatch and finalising the invoices.
- Process COD product orders including generating proforma invoices and process credit card payments.
- Confirm accurate order details with the customer.
- Liaise with Storeperson to organise order to be picked and packed and inspection of orders prior to booking freight.
- Book external freight for product orders including completion of consignment notes.
- Liaise with Operations Administration to coordinate internal freight for product orders in local SEQ.
- Maintain and update dispatch tracker and IFOT details.
- Scan and upload all customer paperwork into Xero.
- Create and print product labels.
- Receive incoming goods inwards paperwork ensuring that operations team members have checked goods received and have signed.
- Scan and upload all goods inwards paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Administration and Management team.
- General housekeeping duties required to maintain the office and kitchen.

Requirements for this role include:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role within the transport, warehousing, or manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of administration procedures
- Competent in computer and typing skills
- Competent using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Xero experience is desirable however not a requirement
- Driver's License

The Warehouse Dispatch Administration Clerk will be remunerated at a rate above the industry award, with on the job training provided to the successful applicant. A detailed Position Description will be supplied to shortlisted applicants.
