**About the opportunity**

We are excited to announce a permanent part-time position (28 hours per week) within our Community Facilities team for an experienced Caretaker.

We are seeking individuals with excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will:

- Provide top-notch customer service by responding to enquiries, bookings, viewings, and customer inductions at our various facilities across the City.
- Support customers over the phone, in person, and online.

**Qualifications and experience**

**Essential**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work within a team environment and with mínimal supervision.

**Desirable**:

- Current class C driver’s Licence
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate.

**Remuneration and benefits**

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $33.4529 per hour
- 28-hour working week
