**Company Description** Coastal Orthodontics in Tweed Heads is a contemporary orthodontic practice offering specialised services in a warm, friendly, and relaxed environment.**

**We are on the hunt for a friendly, motivated and experienced Orthodontic Assistant / experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team on a Casual basis**
- Assist our orthodontists with patient care and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and organised.
- Sterilise instruments and maintain equipment.
- Coordinate treatment plans and communicate them clearly to patients
- Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience throughout their care journey
- Support administrative tasks and patient management.

**Qualifications** What We're Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: Prior experience in the dental/orthodontic industry is strongly preferred
- ** Team Player**: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
- ** Organisational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment.
