Belle & Bloom and Mosmann Australia are growing Australian fashion brands, sold globally through major retailers and online. We are looking for a **part-time Design Assistant** to join our creative team, working across both brands to support graphic and fashion design projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a **Graphic Design or Fashion Design background** who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

**What You’ll Do**

**Graphic Design & Studio Support**
- Assist with **photoshoots**, including graphic design support and asset preparation.
- Create **social media assets** and digital content.
- Skilled in **creating and adapting ads across formats**, designing **marketing assets**, and handling **image and video editing** for various campaigns.
- Manage the **studio space and internal design storage**, keeping files and samples organised.

**Fashion Design**
- Support the **fashion designers** with seasonal design development and launches.
- Assist with trend research, sketches, mood boards, and sample reviews.
- Help with **ad hoc creative tasks** across both brands.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Background in **Graphic Design or Fashion Design** (students or recent grads encouraged to apply).
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Interest in both fashion and visual storytelling.
- Photography and video editing skills are a plus.

**Role Details**
- **Part-time role**: 16-24 hours per week.
- Flexible hours.
- Based in Glamorous McMahons Point, working with the Belle & Bloom and Mosmann creative teams.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $25.40 - $39.95 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
