Lifest HealthCare is a registered NDIS provider, working closely with participants, families and other stakeholders to offer unique, personalised health and support care to people with disabilities. We provide compassionate care delivered with integrity and respect to ensure our participants receive the best possible care and support to improve their quality of life.

**About the role**:
Hourly rates will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.

**What’s on offer**:

- Crestmead/Logan Region location
- Full-time equivalent hours with morning and afternoon shifts
- Occasional sleepover shifts
- Training and on-going support
- Competitive rates with milage allowance for community access activities
- Friendly and engaging team

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Certificate 2 in Health Services or Certificate 3 in Disability or Community Services or other relevant qualification or willing to complete
- Relevant work experience & at least five years of lived experience
- Valid Driver’s License with comprehensive car insurance and a confident driver
- CPR and First Aid or willing to obtain
- NDIS New worker screening card/ Yellow card exemption or willing to obtain

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $33.96 per hour

Schedule:
