**About the role**

**Ventia is seeking individuals with a flexible mindset and strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.**

**Metropolitan Casual Opportunities**:

- This role operates within a 24/7 environment and may involve coverage across various shifts.
- Applicants must be willing to work weekends.
- Casual Pay rate starting at $33.53 for the first 3 months.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure safety and security of Persons in Custody.
- Escort and transport Persons in Custody.
- Provide care in hospital and court settings.

**Requirements**:

- Driver’s license (MR Truck licence highly regarded)
- Willingness to obtain First Aid certification.
- Available for travel (road and air).
- Australian working rights.
- Ability to pass Police checks, Working with Children Check, and pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test).
- You must be available to attend the face-to-face interview sessions which will be held on **Thursday, 25th September — two time slots available: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.**
