**Requirements**:

- Be proficient in all types of concrete work, including decorative and architectural projects.
- Work with and without plans
- Place and finish various types of concrete surfaces.
- Complete tasks independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
- Hold a current drivers license with a good driving record.
